- This home was built for investment by a developer who engaged our team to guide the whole process.Starting with removing the existing home from the foundation to be re-located to an acreage property outside Calgary city limits, we took this investor all the way through both architectural design, interior design, and construction to be able to market a product. Eventually, our investor decided to not sell this home, but rather made this beautiful home his own for his family which grew by one during the build process.
