This home was built in the community of Watermark at Bearspaw and completed in November of 2018.The goal was to bring as much light inside the home as possible, so the windows were a large focal point and therefore the entire home is flooded with natural light at any given daylight hour.  The couple and their 8 year old child built this home custom to suit their needs, and highlights include a spacious garage workshop for our clients motorcycle builds, a main floor office that’s hidden away with a secret access door, plenty of storage, and a functional basement design with a very large and well lit Gym.
