Lot Selection
& Financial Planning
First, we narrow down the perfect lot based on your vision, needs and budget. Our trusted mortgage advisors specialize in various home build mortgages and will ensure you know your financing and payment options.
Plan Design
Choose from our thoughtfully designed floor plans or explore a fully custom design. Together, we’ll shape the overall layout and architectural direction of your home for accurate budgeting and planning.

Build Agreement

As permitting begins, our designer collaborates with you to refine key features and upgrades that focus on the details of your home, like finishes and appliances. Updated drawings will capture every customization for precise scheduling and cost accuracy.
Construction
From groundbreaking to move-in, construction spans 9–11 months. You’ll join us for walkthroughs at major milestones to see your home take shape.
