  • Project and preference information: community or model home of interest, desired features, budget range, anticipated timeline, and other preference details you choose to provide.
  • Communications: your communications with us, including inquiries, meeting requests, and marketing preferences.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time and date of visits, referring URLs, and interactions with site features. We collect this via cookies and similar technologies; see our Cookie Notice for details.
  • Job applications (if applicable): résumé/CV information, employment history, education, and other information you submit if you apply for a role through the Site.
  • Event and showroom interactions (if applicable): bookings, attendance, and related notes where you register online.
